Stride (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Day Zero Innovations, Inc., a Delaware corporation. We offer recruiting, hiring, and advisory services to companies in the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about candidates and client representatives in connection with these services.

Stride is generally the controller of candidate information we collect through our own sourcing, outreach, evaluation, and talent-pool activities, including when a candidate asks us to keep their information on file for future opportunities.

When we process candidate information at a client’s direction in connection with a specific engagement, we may act as a service provider to that client; in those cases, the client may be responsible for providing required notices and handling certain privacy rights requests. The exact roles are governed by our agreements with each client.

We collect information from candidates, clients, and publicly available sources.

Candidate information may include:

• resumes, work history, and professional background
• contact information (e.g., email, LinkedIn profile)
• interview responses and communications
• audio from screening calls processed for transcription, and AI-generated transcripts (and related notes/summaries)
• compensation expectations and role preferences
• notes, evaluations, and structured summaries created during our process
• inferences and assessments we generate (e.g., fit notes, strengths/risks, interview feedback themes)

We may also collect:

• publicly available professional information (e.g., LinkedIn profiles)
• information from clients about roles, requirements, and feedback
• contact and business information of client representatives (e.g., name, work email, role, communications)
